State of Virginia - State Corporation Commission

    • File a UCC document, $15.00 plus state filing fee.
    • File a corporate document, $15.00 plus state filing fee.
    • UCC or corporate search, $15.00 plus $1.50 per page of copy.
    • Certified Searches, $15.00 plus state fee.
    • Certificate of Good Standing, $15.00 plus state fee.
    • Reservation of corporate name, $15.00 plus state fee.

With the exception of filings and certified copies, results are generally next business day.

State of Virginia - Counties of Chesterfield and Henrico and the City of Richmond

    • File a UCC document, $15.00 + filing fee.
    • File an Assumed Name Certificate, $15.00 + filing fee.
    • UCC, tax lien, judgment and pending suit search, $45.00 + $1.50 per page of copy.
    • UCC search, $15.00 + $1.50 per page of copy.
    • Tax lien and judgment search, $15.00 + $1.50 per page of copy.
    • Pending suit search, $15.00 + $1.50 per page of copy.
    • Residential Current Owner Property Search, $75.00 + $1.50 per page of copy.

Results are generally next business day, but may take two business days from time to time.  Property work is generally completed in two business days, but exceptionally difficult properties may take longer.

State of Virginia - Counties of Hanover & Powhatan and the independent cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell and Petersburg

    • File a UCC document, $15.00 + filing fee.
    • UCC, tax lien and judgment or pending suit search, $25 for first index, $15 per additional index + $1.50 per page of copy.
    • Residential Current Owner Property Search, $75 + $1.50 per page of copy.

Results are sometimes next business day, but generally two business days.  Property work is generally completed in two business days, but exceptionally difficult properties may take longer.

All other jurisdictions in Virginia

Results generally in three to four business days.

Correspondent fees are generally $15.00 - $20.00, but may ocassionally be more depending on jurisdiction and time constraints.
