Effective
July 1st, 2001, The Pettit Company Inc can provide Registered Agent Service
for you or your client in Virginia. A
registered agent is an individual or entity designated by a Corporation or
Limited Liability Company to accept official documents on behalf of the
corporation. The registered agent must be a resident of the state of
incorporation or foreign qualification, and the resident agent must maintain
a physical address within that state.
This agent must also be available to accept Service of Process on
behalf of the corporation during standard business hours. Our Registered Agent Service includes: |
- Obtaining and filing the Statement of
Change of Registered Agent – NO CHARGE.
- Immediately notifying the designated
party by FedEx* and fax/email upon receipt of Service of Process.
- Forwarding of Service of Process, tax
and regulatory compliance materials and official correspondence and
communication in a timely manner.
We
provide this service for only $75* per year.
